B2Be Different was founded in 2023 by Stephen Judge and Samantha Tonge because they recognised that commercially driven Engineering and B2B businesses need help to stand out.

All too often they play too safe and aren’t distinctive enough.

Stephen and Samantha met 14 years ago and have shared a passion for the engineering and manufacturing sectors, the enjoyment of making complex things simple, and the undeniable role that these sectors play in driving economic growth for not only the sector, but the global economy as a whole.

    Stephen founded, and has been heading up, a multi-award-winning agency, Bonfire Creative Intelligence, for 23 years. Stephen has worked across multiple sectors but helping B2B, engineering & manufacturing businesses has always been a personal love, from refining brand strategies to product launches, to trade events and high impact campaigns.

  • Samantha Tonge

    Samantha has been running Labrakita Marketing, a specialist strategic agency for engineering for five years, working inside engineering companies for 15 years before that. Samantha has always loved how strategy can transform a business and how it is recognised and perceived by customers. She has seen first-hand how brand led strategies that start from the overarching business objectives drive growth.
